About Us

The story behind Amity Salon and Boutique. 

Originally, we (Karesa & Jacie) opened a salon, Thairapy Salon, in October 2018. A year later in November, we opened a boutique connected to the salon called Amity Boutique. Naming both businesses was very important to us both, however, a soon after opening the boutique we were forced into changing the name of the salon. We merged the two together and now are proud owners of Amity Salon and Boutique in Opelika, AL. Both businesses started as a far fetched dream, that blossomed into reality. Amity, which stands for friendship describes exactly what we want this business to revolve around. We are best friends and love building relationships with each and every person we meet. This business is covered in prayer and God has blessed us, which we in turn hope to bless you! Our goal is to have you enjoy Amity as much as we do and we are so excited to serve you through this salon and boutique!
